My goal is to capture the miracle of life, cherished relationships and priceless personalities. Custom photography sessions are not about getting perfectly posed pictures but more about capturing the moment, because nothing can bring back precious memories like a photograph that expresses true character of your loved one (even if it may be a bit pouty!).

Sessions can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours depending on different circumstances, please plan accordingly. When selecting clothing please avoid large logos and patterns.

Please schedule your newborn portrait session while you are still pregnant. It is best to photograph your newborn within the first 10 days of life, older babies tend to sleep less soundly, are more prone to newborn acne and they lose that fresh newborn look so quickly. Newborn sessions are slow paced with a lot of feeding and soothing. Most babies do better in the earlier hours of the day, so morning sessions are preferred. 

I have a small space in my home for photographing newborns and infants. I am also happy to photograph at any location within 20 minutes of Fort Knox. During the warmer months it is important that outdoor sessions begin early in the morning or in the evening. Please let me know if you have specific ideas or locations in mind.

Your session fee or 50% of your package price is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your pictures will generally be proofed and ready for viewing within 2 weeks of the session. Your preview gallery will be active for 14 days.
